Binance is world's largest CEX co-founded by Zhao Changpeng and He Yi in 2017, headquartered in Dubai. Binance controls around 40% market share of spot trading volume and has more than 250 million users globally.

CEX Listing

For perp listing, Binance mainly do pre-TGE listing for VC-backed projects and post-TGE listing for memecoins. The listing fee ranges from $300K~$500K USDT + $300K~$500K USDT worth tokens.

For Binance Alpha listing, Binance can accept both pre-TGE and post-TGE projects, and will take 2 to 4% of tokens. The project should get listing offer or already listed on at least one of tier 2 CEXs (Bitget, Gate, KuCoin).

Project OTC / Community Sale

OTC Sale:

For project already listed on Binance spot and ranked in top 500 of market cap on CMC, it can work with private buyers (usually hedge fund or family office) to OTC sell large amount of tokens (no vesting) at a 20-30% discount. 

If the project team still controls more than 50% of tokens (including locked), it can also sell all its tokens together with project's social media, website and product to the private buyers. The acquisition discount ranges from 60-70% based on project's VC backers, % of tokens controlled and sector.

Community Sale:

Form: provide market making sub-accounts, deposit token to the sub-accounts. We execute the sale strategy, and the project's market maker can run the MM robot as normal.

Expected cash out amount: $5M-10M+ (based on current market condition)

Period: 3-5 days

Price: cash out in market price, no negative affect to the price

Profit sharing ratio: 70-75% of profit to the project, subject to the final average price of cash out

1. It is necessary to understand the specific distribution of tokens, and the vesting schedule for locked tokens

2. Update with us on big announcements like fundraising or partnership (optional)
